Testimonials

My Family came down to Florida for an extended vacation in our RV. While here it was suggested that we purchase something bigger than the RV so children and grandchildren could enjoy time in the sun and at the beach. I was introduced to Marla McFarlane through a trusted friend also from Canada. Unsure of the rules and responsibilities in the USA Marla steered us from start to finish. I am impressed with her honesty and integrity. Marla was responsive to all our inquiries in a quick fashion and followed up when needed. There was no sales pitch, I asked and I received a fact based response at time corroborated with documents. I would not hesitate to recommend Marla McFarlane if we decide to purchase another property or especially if a friend is looking for an agent.

Marla gave us excellent service selling our home. She always gave us feedback of showings shortly after an open house.  Safety of our house was extremely important to her.  She was always available for assistance.

We have purchased and sold homes through Marla over the last 5 years. We are Canadians and live down south for our winters. Marla will tell you the way it is under all circumstances backed up by experience, knowledge and incredible hard work. We have several friends use Marla as well after not so  good dealings with others and she came through every time. If you want honesty, integrity and someone who will outwork anyone, Marla is for you. I would recommend Marla to anyone for anything to do with real estate without hesitation.

Marla Came to our rescue and got the job done. She always responded to my calls and was easy to get in touch with. Very nice person and obviously experienced in the real estate business.

Marla came highly recommended by a family member. I worked with Marla to sell my father's estate property - we never met as we were 1200 miles apart, but I feel like I know her as a friend. She was excellent in leading me through the process as it was a new experience for me. She was in constant contact the whole way via E-mail, phone calls and texting,  keeping me up to date throughout the listing and sale. She even took care of lawn care etc.! She was a wonderful person to work with - great personality, while knowledgeable and professional! I truly feel like she cared about our sale as if it was her own property. I would definitely recommend Marla without a doubt!
